Ghostly Items

Does anyone know how to retexture armor or weapons to have the effects of the Ghostly Dagger from the Ghosts of Vitharn quest?

It's actually done with scripts. You can just add this to the script on the item you want to display the effect:

Begin OnLoad	pms SE32GhostEffectEnd
