Noticed on the trader in Good neighbor then on the mayor who are both ghouls their eyes are just black? up close the eyes and pupils are visible though so must be some kind of mesh glitch of some kind?

Not a bug. However, there is texture mod (that is safe, no .esp) to fix this problem on the Nexus.

THey seem broken, why would the be just black? Think there is some mesh it seems on top making them appear black because even feral ghouls have eyes.
