M'aiq would be a ghoul... He would be immune to radiation, is healed by it, and would also be a Khajiit ghoul.

Ghoul. I don't think I could stand having the proportions of a super mutant.
Plus, being energized by radiation and having a ridiculously long lifespan would be nice.
