Ghoul whale : Fallout 4

Last night I was in diamond city when I heard the guards talking about a ghoul whale is this in the game? Has anyone explore the sea enough to run into it?

There is a Sea Monster that a kid spots in the ocean that starts an interesting quest. Not sure about a Ghoul Whale.

I can't find anything about a ghoul whale on the wiki. Really hope its in there though.

It's certainly is a Ghoul, Most probably the one that destroyed Commonwealth in the first place.

Pretty scary.
