I really dont mind how new Ghouls are made, I just want them to keep producing less Feral Ghoul Reavers. THey hurt me bad.. but make for awesome screen shots as that attack a Deathclaw!

Technically, Skyrims "contract vampirism" mechanic could be adapted for player ghoulification, but gameplay-wise there are just too many things to consider (NPC reaction, cure: yes or no, rad effect, going feral (=game over)) to make it actually work.
Therefore: better not.
Considering Moira gave me additional ... abilities with some formula of her own chosing its perfectively possible she may have dosed herself with FEV whilst writing her book. Hell I GREW Bits because of her Anti radiation drugs.
Thats like asking .. is there anything to suggest why our house is 2 stories in Megaton and not a one story like everyone elses? No idea.
Moira is a lady of many talents who trades with a lot of different people and has shop security. Its possible that she could of acquired a canister from FEV from a Scavenger who had no idea what it was and traded it to Moira for some Sugar bombs. We just dont know.
How exactly was this disproved? If ghouls aren't the result of a certain type of radiation exposure:
Chris said the Fallout Bible is no longer canon http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Fallout_Bible
Chris said he doesn't think it should be canon so that Bethesda doesn't feel like they HAVE to follow it.
However, both Todd Howard and Emil said they used the bible when making Fallout 3, and Fallout 3 refrences/uses ideas from the Bible, making all the used material canon.
I was referring to the idea that radiation had to be applied OVER TIME to cause ghouls.
In Fallout 3 Moria from Megaton, and in NV, the peoples of Searchlight, Dry Wells, and the Long 15, suffer instantaneous ghoulification.
Ah, I see. I actually thought the instant ghoulification was really strange. Not sure how that was supposed to work.
I think it would be due to whatever genetic X factor that causes ghoulifcation to begin with.
Does that include the same, but with a ghoul skin?
I kinda liked the FEV explanation. Kinda two opposing forces at a stalemate. FEV keeps you alive while radiation tears you down.
Ghoulification I don't know about, but getting some kind of mutation due to radiation exposure I wouldn't mind.
Kind of miss growing an extra toe here and there. ( FO 2 )
Was kinda hoping for more appendages to appear, would have been the New Reno pormstar of the decade for sure then.
My Wish... and FEV exposure actually having an effect on you... And the FEV changing you into something other than a super mutant... I'm pushing it, am I?
