yeah... I just fast traveled to Saarthal and a Dragon and a Giant just spawn right in front of me the dragon flies away to fight some frost trolls I kill the giant and get a dragon soul ,, o.O'

Did this "fun" bug happen to any one else?

That Giant was Dragonborn.

You killed the other Dragonborn. He is a giant called Gaurnskal. He was created by Akatosh for the same purpose as the Playerborn. If the Playerborn is killed then Gaurnskal must stop Alduin.

The plot thickens.

Yeah, but it would be problematic for Gaurnskal, the True Last Dragonborn, to go Skuldafn.. Poor Odahving... let alone enter High Hrothgar Monastery...

Well he is dead now so I don't think he will be kiling dragons.. only if finds dragons in giant heaven

More than likely when you fast traveled and spawned wherever, the I.D.'s of both the giant and dragon somehow were confused with each other.

Well, you just said a dragon was present so you must've gotten his soul from far away. I guess the poor guy didn't succeed against the frost trolls.

okay... I now think I might open up the CK and see if I can give a Giant Shouts.... a Giant with Dragon Aspect, Unrelenting Force, Disarm, Stormcall, and DragonbornFlame...? yes please...

make him a follower and call him Gaurnskal.

I could theoretically do it... but would their be relevant follower dialogue that sounded as if spoken by a Giant..?
I suppose I could make him a Silent Follower, similar to dogs or armored Trolls... or I could record my own Dialogue for him to use.. assuming I can borrow a decent quality Microphone from the office....

I actually think there might be a mod for a giant follower, not a DovaGiant though.

Will he even fit in any inside location?

easy fix, I could probably script it to shrink him down when entering an interior, while full size when out in the open...

it would be a pretty terrible fix though, I am aware of that...

or, just set his scale to make him the size of an average follower, a "pygmy giant" if you will...
