In the end of old world blues, how did u fight the x-42? (And disabling it dosn't count!) When i saw the beast in the trailer, i prepared myself .. A fully reapaired, moded gatling laser, with 1300 EC pack's, and a energy weapon skill at 100! :gun: And i drugged myself with EVERY drug i had on me :bonk: after the gatling laser was at half condition, and i only had 50 pack's i killed it :clap:

I didn't spoil myself with trailers and stuff and went through it blind. When I came to the big scorpion I ran around like a headless chicken randomly blasting the thing with Elijah's prototype LAER, which is a kick-ass gun by the way

Iverse proton axe, 100 in melee weapons. Stimpacks and lots of them, lots of rad away too.

Gatling Laser svcks on armored targets. LAER with MC ammo destroys it with one clip.

Jumped onto the walkway, took cover in the droid control room, hacked the terminal, released the droids, while the droids were entertaining the giant robo-scorpion, I shot at it with the AMR (AP rounds), by the time it finished off the droids it only had 2 bars of health left, so it took only 2 or 3 more rounds to finish it. The little robo-scorpions in groups of 2 - 4 were alot harder to fight then the big one.

YCS/186, Max Charge MFCs, Slasher+Rad-X.....Died pretty quick.

If you can find a little corner to hide in the COS sniper rifle with AP rounds is just as fast.

well first it blew me up with something so i hid in the droid room and healed myself then i shot it once with the sonic emitter (i wasnt expecting to see a massive roboscorpian) and BOOM little peices of roboscorpian everywhere. i dont really kow what happened but i dont think it was right to explode after being shot once with the sonic emitter,

Just finished my first run about an hour ago. I went in the door with a few seconds left on stealth boy. That gave me enough time to make it up to the observation box on the right. I choked down a Yo Gi steak and shot up with a Slasher. I have the Robot perk, but I wasted no time. I pulled out the 45 SMG and unloaded 250+ rds in his ass. :gun:

That was only about 5 or 6 sec, though...or so it seemed. I'm not real sure when he went down. I was jacked up on the Super Psycho and never let up until AFTER he exploded. I had 400 rds going in and left with 138. :mohawk:

EDIT: Just read a few post about the droids? What droids? Hell I didn't see anything but him. Then again, I wasn't looking anywhere else either.
