?

Does that have anything to do with what you mentioned on the other forums?

Well yes, but i wasn't being totally serious in this instance (even though it is true).

I think this conversation would be better on the other forums anyways.

I split up with a girl once because I didn't know what to get her for her birthday. On reflection, being dumped probably wasn't the best present either.

I am currently not in a relationship, but there is a girl I am sort of looking at. I will never act on it until I know she would have the same feelings for me, though, since we are friends, and I don't want to make things awkward.

I sense a thread coming up.

30 years and still no girlfriend. I'm going for the record.

I thought I might have had the record for 18 years and never had a girlfriend, ever. :(

I find it amusing that all the members with anime chicks as their avatar/forum picture thing are single.

I think it's the same deal with the guys that install those eye candy mods for Oblivion and prance around in bikinis and those clothing mods that can't honestly be called clothing. And then they take a snapshot and use it as their forum thingy.

I do hate the pressures that arise, specifically in adolescence, regarding relationships. It seems that people who never have had, or rarely have, a girlfriend or boyfriend, often recieve grief over it. People shouldn't be pressured to have a partner or not. It's often just how people want to live their live. Really annoys me. And I'm not just being cynical as I have been in relationships in the past. The relationships really didn't do much for me and I found them more trouble than they're worth. I'm quite happy just being on my own. I do not long to be in a relationship, nor do relationships "complete" me.

I'm the exception that proves the rule. :)

It depends how you look at it. I'm not in a physical relationship (Meaning we can't run up to each-other and hug each-other at this very moment at least), but I am in an online relationship with my boyfriend, yes. Distance is kinda big but I'm optimistic about most things, so, yeah, it'll either work out (what it is now), or it won't (can't say until that happens, if it does). ^_^

single hahaha

Then how can you claim it's complicated? Facebook doesn't lie! :flame:

When my sister got married, it took her a full 2 days to get round to updating her relationship status. I kept winding my brother-in-law up about it, since he'd changed his practically right after the ceremony :P

I'm single by lack of good women around here... You know the rumors about how almost everyone is a redneck in Tennessee, it's true.

Back in Kindergarten I had a girlfriend too. I brought her a wrapped half-melted chocolate bar and asked her to be my girlfriend.
We watched cartoons that evening and we dumped each other the day after.
