I married her, but she has some forehead wrinkles in my game, and I can't find the dialogue that amounts to her putting out.

Nobody does, marriage has basically no real immersion value whatsoever, they just stay in the kitchen and bake you pies all day. Yes, even the burly warriors who are also werewolves from the Companions. Yes, even the men. They stay in the kitchen, and presumably wolf out and really eviscerate some flower arrangements or something.

1st command makes them like you
2nd adds them to the faction that they are marriage material.

doesnt work on every1 though

found it funny that i could marry the sister from the Jarl in solitude btw

Yes, when the Creation Kit comes out, first thing I do is try to make a similar character with her own quest line as a real marriage candidate.

For this playthrough, though, I honestly kind of wish I could just keep the hagraven wife from A Night To Remember. Vanilla Skyrim marriage is so utterly stupid that being able to come home, and seeing Lydia sharing a pint with a hagraven around the fire pit would at least be the most amusing thing I could get out of the marriage system.
