when ever i give a companion faction armor of a enemy they are link to they drop it and say they wont wear it... i want you to CARRY it heres a example

me: here veronica, hold onto some of these heavy ass NCR power armors plz
veronica : DO NOT WANT!! (drops them on the ground)
me: -_-

any 1 annoyed by this?

Probably because game mechanics requires a character to wear the best armor in their inventory. If they can't wear it, they can't carry it.

It should be where we can choose what they equip and what they carry. Also make it so they don't ever drop stuff on the ground.

Doesn't bother me that much. I just carry the faction stuff and make them carry everything else rather than the other way around.
But 'roleplaying' wise it isn't very logical...not want to be seen wearing something vs carrying in your backpack are two different things. :D

Meh, I just give Arcade a Hunting Shotgun, Reinforced Combat Armor, and a pair of Reading Glasses (The reading glasses make him look alot better)

Beyond picking out an outfit for my companion, I don't really use them as my pack brahmin, unless the item is just that important, other than that, that's why I carry buffout with me. (Buffout is my 'pick me up' if I'm scavving and need some more Weight capacity points)

Which means what exactly, I don't get your point.

If faction wasn't and issue all companions would wear fully repaired brotherhood armor over poor condition NCR.
As it stands companions will wear there own faction armor so Veronica will wear BoS and Boone will wear NCR

Nope. I hate 'Eyeglasses' with a passion. I even RPP Reading Glasses onto Desmond Lockheart in Point Lookout for the same reason. Plus, Arcades had is seemingly smaller than other heads, which doesnt help. I'm very demanding about what my companions wear. For example, I make Raul wear Combat Armor and a Boomer Hat (The one that looks like a generals cap) Besides, I'm straight :laugh:

Point in short, I'm a very demanding bastard, and I think the Eyeglasses is a clunky item.

Edit: @ Gilly- Companions have scripts that reject faction tagged items if they arent in that faction.

Just let them carry that heavy loot and you carry the faction stuff. There's not that much of it once you repair each item.

Besides, Faction armor is pretty terrible in terms of usefulness in combat. I just stick to CA Mk ll
