These are choices we cannot decide for you. It's up to you, but personally, I'd help the NCR.

Though, you have to kill House anyway if you don't join him, so obviously that won't have any reprecussions unless you want to side with him.

Mr. House is his own faction.

You have 4 primary choices which effect the final out-come of the game.

You can either side with no-one and try to rule Nevada yourself (Yes Man option)
Side with Mr. House and let him take over
Side with the NCR
Side with the Legion.

You only get 1 choice, and whatever option you take prevents you from taking the other 3.

I hope that answers your question, now side with who you want to side with, it WILL effect your ending.

i am helping the NCR , i made a save then gave Mr house the platuim chip then i found out it give the robbots rocket launchers so i loaded the save because the NCR want new vegas so by giving the platuim chip to Mr house it would make NCRs job harder , thats why i made this topic to find out if it helped them

If you're going NCR, you'll want to kill him, so, don't give him the chip.

And don't worry about those Securitrons, they are stupid as bricks, just shoot their antenna and let them kill each other.

As long as you stop helping Mr House before (The House always wins III) its not a problem.

I returned the chip to Mr. House, as that was my job all along, and then said we are finished and am currently resolving things the... NCR way.

The super bots may be a problem later, but it was worth it for a... job well done (and to blow a hole into Benny's head).

You can blow a hole in Bennys head without giving House the chip. Just go to see Ceaser and don't give the guards your guns and attack them instead. Fight your way to Ceaser and Benny is in his tent tied up, shoot him and keep the chip.
