How do I give a PC Blight disease through the Dialogue result box. Is there a way?

Blight diseases are spells. Just add the line in the result box

player->addspell "Blight disease ID"

and replacing "Blight Spell ID" with the ID of the blight disease.Look for the IDs in Spellmaking tab.
