I'm watching Spartacus:Blood and Sand and it really got me in the gladiator mood. Are there any games for PC or Xbox about gladiators?

it was okay. until I got to the third area, which was pretty much impossible. SCENE: amazoness's on top of a cliff shooting at me with arrows, only until just then given a character which uses bows (and is there fore weak) and the rest of my characters are non ranged, except one who svcks any ways.

not the worst game ever played. but it was obvioulsy a bad fire emblem wanna be.

Maybe, I can't tell. I kinda liked it early on, but I had a limited possibilities of playing it because I had to do so at a friends (due to not owning a console myself), and thus never got very far in it.

I just finished watching this too. I looked around but couldn't find any gladiator games that looked like they would be worth playing.

On steam. The gamge called Age of chivalry. It isn't really "Gladiator" but it is in that theme. Also Pirates,Vikings,Knights 2 is also sort of like the game you want.

If you're interested in futuristic gladiator matches, the old games are the best games: Unreal Tournament.

The best gladiator game I have ever played is Colosseum: Road to Freedom. It's only on the PS2.

The plot takes place in a slice of real actual Roman history regarding the in-house coup against the bat-crap-crazy emperor Commodus. The game doesn't keep to the strict gladiator themes (fighting styles and equipment themes, ie. hoplomachus vs. murmillo), so you can equip whatever you want, fight however you want, and face opponents that have any fighting style and equipment. Other than that, it's pretty darn awesome and really tries to stay true to historical accuracy.
