On a table in the Ragged Flaggon of the Thieves Guild. There is a note asking if someone wants some glass arrows they are hidden at the docks at the usual place. Are there any glass arrows hidden near the docks. If so where are they as I haven't been able to find them as of you. Thanks for any help.

Outside the Mistveil Keep Barracks door (labeled on local map) there are 3 barrels and 1 is labeled Thief cache. It has Glass Arrows and other misc items.

To clarify - you have to enter the Keep Barracks, go up the stairs, then out the door to 'Riften'. The 'Thief Cache' barrel is up there. Thieves caches have a random assortment of levelled items. While they might contain Glass Arrows, they don't necessarily, (and won't at low levels).

That note (among many in the TG) never have more information.

TG Caches appear when you've done the special quest for the TG in that city.
