Glass Bow of the Stag Prince

Has anybody had any luck buying this from Falas Selvayn?

He always has it equipped when I see him. Is the Misdirection pickpocket perk the only way to get it?

Okay, I just got it without pickpocketing him, but it was still underhanded the way I did it. I dropped an Ebony War Axe on the ground by him, then had my follower attack him. He grabbed the axe and unequipped the bow. I used the Voice of Emperor power to calm them down, and it was available for sale.

To guarantee seeing him, go into the Dwemer ruins just north of the outpost, and wait until after midnight. Save and exit to the dashboard. Restart the game from that save, exit the ruins and walk over to the outpost. He's there every time I do it that way.

I'm still curious if there's a more legitimate way of getting it though. :P

Maybe spawn a daedra, and get it to attack so you don't have to attack him. It's still a bypass, but at least he doesn't attack specifically you.

I'm level 65 and all he has on himself is an ebony bow. Too high of a level and he's traded the stag bow for an ebony one?

He always seems to have an Ebony Bow for sale, but the Glass Bow is equipped, on both my level 32 and level 51 characters.
He has an Ebony Bow equipped and doesn't offer the Glass Bow for sale on your level 65?

It has a unique enchantment. While the bow is equipped, adds 5 points to Health and Stamina for every 20 animals killed with bow. Has a counter of how many animals killed on the bow's description. And when equipped adds a "Blessing of the Stag Prince" under magic active effects, that shows how much additional health and stamina it offers.

Is there a cap on this enchantment?

I wonder about the cap too. Makes me want to roleplay a hunter.

No idea. I've only killed one animal with it so far. And I misspoke when I said 5 points for every 20 animals. The description actually states "an increasingly powerful blessing for every 20 animals killed". It starts at 5 points and I took it wrong.

He's at the Ramshackle Trading Post, just south of Kagrumez. He's only there between midnight and 6 am. If you wait there, he doesn't show up at all.

Well it at least goes to 20. I can prolly jump on a little later and push it further. I'd imagine it would allow at least 100.
