If you want to be a cheat on PC, you can console all that you want easily, but on 360, it takes a little more effort.

- you can be level 50 with 50 perks upon leaving goodsprings with one glitch, along with 5000 leather armor, to be traded in whenever you buy anything
-you can get 10 AGL from the sierra Madre vending machine glitch
-you can become idolized by the legion with the food for dog tags glitch
