So after taking over Whiterun, the next quest is to go to Falkreath camp and talk to Galmar. However when i go there my quest marker is in no man's land and Galmar isn't there to give me my orders to continue on in the quest. Anyone else had this issue or any ideas on what to do? Or just wait for patch and hope this gets fixed?

Level 24, have finished 16 quest, have 5 open quest and 6 in miscellaneous. Been playing for 40hrs.

After Ulfric told me to go to Falkreath i went and did some Companions quest line and then after being accepted into the Companions and went back to Liberation of Skyrim. Liberate Falkreath Hold. In the Guide it says to go to the camp and find Galmar in the tent but he is not there ever and like I said my marker is just in the open by a guards tent. Can't get orders to move on to "rescue fort Neugrad begins.
