I am supposed to kill all the Super Mutants at the Coast Guard Pier, I did that and it says -CLEARED- but the mission status stays the same. I even went back to report my success to someone from the settlement that asked for help, but there's nobody there to talk to about it. Anybody have this problem, or have suggestions on what I could do?

If you are playing on PC it can be easily fixed, if playing on a console, sorry but you're out of luck.

Since the quest wasn't turned in yet, can you restart it? Clear the quests from your list and re-do? I haven't ran into this, YET, but that usually works for most other games; i.e. Elder Scrolls.
