Hi: I have just jumped in to the Elder Scrolls with Oblivion (5th year anniversary edition). All good stuff and it will clearly be a good few hours of play.

However, I have just taken the amulet to Jauffre and all he does in sit there reading. All interaction is 'red' and although the Monk downstairs spoke to me when I arrived, no way does Jauffre recognise my presence. Is there a way to get his attention or is there a glitch here (as I have seen mentioned elsewhere as a suggestion).

Any help appreciated as I am pretty much stuck unless I can pass over the amulet!
