So going into my nearly 24th hour in my save I decided to have piper join me for a bit and after i did that i was unable to equip any weapons and was basically a walking target after that. Me being stupid enough to think oh quick saving is the easiest way to fix a battle i did that a whole lot and only had 1 actual save so now i have to start from the beginning just to progress in the story. If anyone else come across this glitch be prepared by having multiple save files that aren't quick saves to save your self from starting over.

If you walk away from certain dialogues it does that...I think like first conversations with someone to start quests...I'm not sure...but after I got her, apparently nick had something to say, but I left...couldn't use any weapons..fast traveled back and he was there waiting for an answer from me..everything ok after that..

I tried that still no weapons working and i didn't walk away from any dialog so i don't even know how it happened.
