The stamina bar, doesn't Regenerate. I have to use food and potions to gain stamina. It started 2 rl days ago. Any ideas?

Are you a vampire by chance? Stamina, Health, and Magicka don't regenerate in the daylight as a vampire.

If you are playing on PC with mods, this could also be a factor.
