GlitchBug Issue

Post » Sun Nov 29, 2015 12:56 pm

I barely bought the game and I launched the game excitedly. Everything seemed to turn out well, until the game begins with the character creation. I cannot see myself or anything at all. Everything is white and blank. I hear sounds of people talking but I don't see anything at all. I decided to just skip the character creation and pressed enter. As soon as I walk it seems as if I'm walking to just whiteness. I can't see anything or anyone. It's strange how everything in the main menu and opening scene is working well until I actually begin playing. Please help if you know to solve the issue. I really want play this game.

Hey! I wonder if this is related to the wetness bug. Try opening the launcher and going to "Options"

When the config window comes up, click "Advanced", then look for a tick box on the right at the bottom of the box that says "Wetness".

Uncheck that. This isn't a "FIX", per se, but if it is this, it will at least get you playing.

More importantly though, you might want to include a dxdiag. Go to start or run, type or copy/past the following line:

dxdiag /dontskip

A window will appear and a little blue progress bar with be toward the bottom left of it. Once it disappears, click on the button that says, "Save All Information..."

It will open a prompt to save it somewhere. Do so somewhere you'll remember. Then open the file and copy / paste it here in a post... that begins with
and ends with
But don't put spaces inside those brackets after the letter r.
