During the Proving Honor quest, I experienced a glitch where the werewolf scene in Dustman's Cairn failed to activate for me, leaving me trapped in the region and unable to complete the quest. Farkas would stand next to the enchanting table in the room before I get locked in a gate, and although I could pull the lever in the room, I could use it to open and close the gate as many times as I'd like, and the scene would never trigger. In order to fix this, I had to use the TCL command to clip through the gate in the room and continue on with the quest. Now I'm on to the Werewolf transformation scene in the Underforge, and that's also glitched! I tell Skjor I'm ready, he cuts Aela and the blood fills the basin, but when I go to drink it, he disappears, I don't get Beast Form, and Aela is there with new text options that I think I'm supposed to get only after the rampage.

I just bought this game, there's no mods installed other than the 3 DLC that come with the Legendary edition and the free high res texture pack. I've already tried checking my load order, unloading all of them, waiting 24 hours in game time, reloading from a different save, verifying the integrity of the game cache, and reinstalling the game twice. What is going on? Is there any way I can solve this?
