Has this game been released all over the world ? The reason I ask is, there never seems to be any French,Argentine... etc players names, compared to other FPS games online.

I guess it has cuz i see alot of Italian, HK, Saudi, RSA gamertags.
Obviously this game is no COD but id say it has a pretty diverse online community, but then again i play late Aussy time.
