Hello guys, I have this strange problem on my game

Look at this

The bottles are not shining properly and the power fist looks like the normal version instead of the orange / yellow version, as it should be.

Also, Rex′s brain is all dark (it not glow) and the fireworks of Sierra Madre are all dark too.

I deactivated ALL my mods before take this screenshot.

Does anyone know what could be causing this and how to solve? Thanks.

Well there arent that many "glow" effects in the game. It's pretty flat actually.
