There′s a mountain (Gnoll Mountain) and a camp (Gnoll′s Meeting Camp) with this name. Is there a connection between them?

They are just place names.

There are no Gnolls there.

No.

They are just place names.

The camp is a location for a quest in one of the guild questlines. But you'll find out about that during the questline, if you do it. Can't go into more details on the quest in this forum, but it's kind of unrelated to the loaction. There is no backstory to the name, or anything special to be found there.

You mean Gnoll Mountain, not Gnoll's Meeting Camp
