Godrays v07 update

Hi guys! Long time, no see. Some real life errands got in the way. I've been waiting to do more obge stuff for a while.

A new godrays shader:

It is still named godrays06, for compatibility.

for latest obge beta

v3.1 RC4 core(+standalone effects v3.1 RC3)

and for shaderlist.txt use.

New values for ingame controller users, if you want to use it via in game shader controller:

globalmul = 1.2goldensaturate = 0.99;noonsaturate = 0.001; scalex = 2;

Any problems, suggestions with godrays or other obge effects, I will be here to help.

Considering this thread had 0 views that's a little bit odd. Anyone else getting that message?

Tried with both Fireferret and Internet Exploder.
