How about no. That foot print is just an Easter egg aka a joke. No need to turn every Easter egg encounter into actual part of the series.
They made Aliens canon I don't need this to be to.
Something that big? Probably not. Especially without destructible environments.
I'd rather Bethesda not blow another easter egg out of proportion.
They are not canon, they are an abomination that should never be brought up again.
After MZ I never want to see another alien in Fallout again...even as an Easter Egg. And yes, I know about NV, I only took the Wild Wasteland trait once and wasn't overly impressed with it. I never took it again.
They have ghost in Fallout 2 and it was no easter egg, but a real NPC quest-giver.

Fallout 3 was my first game and I thought the Alien Blaster was a cool little Easter egg type weapon but when I heard of the Zeta DLC my reaction was "that's just stupid"
And that has to do with a Godzilla sized creature how? And have you noticed that no ghost has ever made an appearance in Fallout since?
Just because the developers put in funny easter eggs (special encounters) doesn't mean they should be taken seriously and expanded upon.
Aliens were fine as a "what if" part of the series but to actually have them running around with Motherships and alien deathrays is just far to much. Same with having an actual Godzilla sized creature. What are we supposed to do to kill it be like Kratos in God of War?
Maybe it's a dragon we are Dragonborn.
Fallout 4 will have "easter eggs" too which can include anything consistent with the series.
If you are suggesting it as a "Wild Wasteland" type encounter than that is one thing. If you want it as an actual feature in the game then no I would not be for it.
Besides a .5 second Wow factor, I don't see how adding a Godzilla-sized monster into F4 would be worth anything. An easter egg, maybe, but they could just as well put the time it takes to do something more worthwhile. As people have pointed out, even Aliens were too much (which I agree with), and that wasn't very fun to begin with. It was poor filler, and so would a Godzilla-sized monster in F4.
I also hated Behemoths in FO3. Never understood the appeal of them. They was just enemies i had to waste my hard earn Lincoln's Repeater ammo on.
The Master from FO was a huge creature, and so was Harold and Liberty Prime. Big entities do exist.
While not Godzilla sized, Bethesda did make a radscorpion large enough to pick up cars in its claws canon.
So, there is always that.
If that ever make a game I'm done with this series. I was afraid of the barks in NV. Let alone the normal and giant ones.
We know Big things exist. Liberty Prime was a man made machine. We have seen some big mutant creatures, such as Radscorpions and Deathclaws, heck even a Bloat Fly.
But something on the scale of Godzilla? No, I don't want that. Again it is "hey lets take an easter egg and take it as literal fact and put in a real Godzilla "
Nah lets not. No giant dinosaur type thingies in the game.
The only way this would be acceptable is if you turn on a working television set and the movie "Honey, I Shrunk The Vault Boy" is on and suddenly a radiation blast from the TV explodes and you get effected, shrink into the size of a pre-war ant and every human you come across is wayyyyy over your head. That'd be cool.
That wouldn't be anywhere near cool.
