I think the only way to get the other DLC stuff (like Battlehorn and Vile Lair) now is to buy the GOTY Deluxe Edition from Steam. That is what I did.

Or to buy the KotN retail disc. It includes everything (at least in terms of the basic DLC) but Battlehorn Castle.
