so im at the point in the east empire company thing on solthiem where i need to speak to graring about the blue ice stuff and all graring and his group tell me is i have no bussiness being here ... am i missing a step ? tho graring's group did almost get involved during the hunt for the spirit bear quest but I ran 6 miles away when I noticed how close i was getting to there house...

There should be a gal nearby (close to the lake) waiting to attack them. I think you have to jump in and assist before they'll deal with you. If she doesn't attack, try killing her on your own and see if that helps.

i killed her when i go there becasue she was the only 1 to speak to me and she had no unique dialog :/ they still wouldnt talk to me :/

Are you on PC Epic? If so, try consoling journal CO_8, 20 and see what happens.
