The graphics are better, and you get modding content as well. The community will also last longer on the PC. You get more freedom of choice on the PC, dedicated servers, and the game is ten dollars cheaper.

The 3D Announcement trailer is real time footage of the PC version. Then compare those graphics to the console version. The PC graphics are simply exponentially ahead of the consoles, and this is why most people will be purchasing this game for the PC platform.

Oh I didn't have a problem, just making conversation =]. Yeah I fully plan on purchasing the game for PC, I always looked at it and really thought it was meant for PC and nothing more, but alas capitalism at its best I guess.

This game will probably even make it to the Wii given the economy and enough time, but hey I mean you gotta make money somehow.

As long as they don't take away from the true PC gamers then this game will be one of the greatest =)

Ive got them all, Wii, PS3, Gaming PC but 360 is my primary. I love it, the dashboard interface, the party system, the indie games and the achievement system. Truly a great rig. Can't wait on Xbox 720 so we can finally shut up these PC "Enthusiast."

Well Alien, Crytek granted your wish. I think I am the only console guy on the site and started a post about why 360 > PC and Crytek pulled the post. There will be no insubordination on this site. Apparently discussion is prohibited on this discussion forum. I guess I'll tow the party line or shut up.

Sadly I will stick to PC, not becuase its better or anything like that, its just my preference, cant see too much wrong with that. ? I dont compete with my Son on his Eggbox, and he takes my jest in good heart, we are happy to get this multi platform, expands the community, aven if it aint too happy just now lol,

i dont think you get it :-D

the continouus development of new hardware means that pcs will for all eternity be ahead of consoles except for ~ half a year everytime new ones come out.
im basically in a similar situation, i like playing on xbox 360 better. i hate sitting so close to the monitor and even though ive been playing fps on pc for over ten years now playing with a controller feels much more intuitive. i wish there were more precise anolog sticks and i hope they put more buttons on the next gen's controllers.

Oversaturated and overcontrasted. It WILL look worse on the consoles than Crysis 1 on the PC. The Crysis 1 footage in one of the videos was taken in MEDIUM settings, theres a MASSIVE AMOUNT OF DIFFERENCE in VERY HIGH's and MEDIUMs.

[/quote] Many thanks to Talon95 who finally agrees with me on something, and also the other more posative comments here, it should not matter one iota to anyone else, how my final game performs on my platform, as long as i have a great game, and we all enjoy the gameplay, please keep a posative attitude, to fellow gamers. thanks
