People in Portland, Oregon have been protesting about the recent controversial Police killings (three in 2010, I've heard). The protesters have been using 'Black Bloc' tactics, dressing in all black; giving them a threatening, "revolutionary" look. Some of these 'peaceful protests' have turned violent.

Yesterday, I was with a couple of friends downtown, about to have lunch, when we spotted this protest. I just happened to have my video camera with me, and had no prior knowledge of the event.

Note to mods: This is a video of a current event, and real life happening on the street. People are angry, and so this contains swearing in it. However, I think this is important, and like six education, should be an exception to any rules against language.
