Besides dipping into radioactive goo called "water" before yet another round of wasteland dredging...
Pot, kettle, and prize goes to lone wanderer "fresh" from 12 hour hike through dusty wasteland carrying huge pile of assorted junk on his back. (while possibly closed inside metal chassis with questionable air conditioning)

I'm sure the "Animated Prostitution" mod (or the animations from that) will be upgraded to cure the "fade to black" problem. If indeed, it is a problem... some things are best left to the imagination imo...

A matter of taste, I hope the modders quickly come up with one which resembles "Animated Prostitution" just for the fun of it.

Since my first character is going to be a Doc Holliday-esque gambler/gun-slinger, probably so. Though I will more than likely only pursue the very high-end options seeings how I'll be able to afford it with my large casino winnings- it will be a way to blunt their animosity by returning some of the money to the house, just in a different way.
