Im gonna play FO3!

I got Fallout New Vegas for PS3, and I wished I could play RTS there, but I cant. I can't find any places where New Vegas is really cheap for PC either.
Sooo Im gonna start play Fallout 3 for Pc again, to play RTS and have lots of fun with other stuffs.
So first, could anyone recommend some mods I should download? Everything from weapons, clothings, armors, new stories and all that. :)

Seems like its been a really long time since I played Fallout 3 for PC with mods, cuz I have never heard about this RTS New Wave thing, so could anyone tell me whats so different from the "original"? :) And I know they stopped with the FO3 RTS modding long time ago.

RTS? Real-time strategy?
Have I missed something big here?

Not really answering much of your question. But you said "I can't find any places where New Vegas is really cheap for PC either.". I just bought New Vegas from GameStop for $20, I thought it was pretty cheap anyway

My recommended mods:

http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=8747 - New armor, awesome questline, Enclave Commander features!

http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=1418 - Bored of the same 3 songs in a row? Add 100!

http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=5573 - Want roleplaying, treasure hunting, immersion feeling? Look no further!

http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=12056 - Wow... all that is needed to be said about this major Fallout 3 texture overhaul mod.

http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=8069 - Adds immersion and is just cool to have. Great with mods that add darker nights.

http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=10346 - Duck and Run! The living dead are among us! Great fun and surviving. Recommended to be played on a separate save or character since it can cause Quest NPCs to die or your favorites to be devoured or turned into zombies.

http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=3211 - More diverse enemies? Bring it on, comes with optional ghoul spawning to allow the wasteland to be swarming in ghouls.

As for RTS, I am having trouble with it because I can't get blueprints to work, I can't make them, or use them. The whole New Wave confuses me... The regulators or whatever are gone and you are basically on your own with the mod.
