And can i disable Tribunal in the menu and it'll be completely disabled? or do i need to remove it from the installation folder?

This belongs in mods.

You can disable the Tribunal .esm and you will be fine.

Essential mods are Better Bodies and MCP. There is really no reason to not use those two mods. The rest is really up in the air. If you want to replace all vanilla heads, get better heads, maybe some headpacks while you're at it so you can have a unique character. GCD is good if you want to change the leveling system to be seamless, but I would recommend a vanilla playthrough or two first.

Some mods require Tribunal.esm, so disabling it might make them not work. You would be better off getting a mod that delays the Dark Brotherhood attacks that happen as a result of Tribunal until after a certain level or the end of the Main Quest.

MCP is essential, yes, but i wouldn't say Better Bodies is at all. i've never liked it, personally. there's a charm to the sharp angles of the original character design that no mod has really been able to capture, especially for the elves.
