Insulting individuals or groups of members and name calling are flames. Any remark that is made to insult or demean another member or group of members will be considered a flame and thus you may receive a warning for it.
Calling people a troll or an apologist for instance can both be considered a flame as can calling someone stupid or ADD. Attacking Xbox players, PS3 players or PC players is not allowed and calling them "console kiddies" or in anyway indicating someone is in some way a lesser person because of their choice is considered a flame here.

I don't think you're the minority, but you have to admit TES attracts a particular type of gamer, and ZeniMax for obvious reasons have designed it to appeal to as much of their core audience as possible.

My all-time favourite MMO is Ultima Online, pre-nerf vanilla flavoured, where anything was possible and the only "quest" was survival. It's not for everyone, but then I think a very large percentage of MMO players these days haven't even tasted that kind of game so don't know what they're missing. Nobody's to blame, it's just the way the wind has blown.

And this, lady and gentlemans, is the reason why evolution is just a theory.

What is so bad about they combat? I really like it.

If you dont like they combat, the questing, the pvp etc.. the game is not for you, they cant please everyone and they dont need to, they allready have a huge playerbase.
