I tried two times create one but i hated because of low endurance and strength

Raising endurance as quickly as possible would be for the best. If i were you i'd go with the warrior and try to get the highest skill up for the first couple levels. The easiest way to do this is a little cheesy, but just make sure one endurance skill isn't a major and train it as many levels as you need to get the +5 at level up. Or you could turn down the difficulty a few notches until your warrior becomes a little more badass in a few levels.

Something fun you could do is go light armor and use a twohander. The extra reach plus your speed will make the game a little more fun as you try to weave in and out of combat keeping your foes far enough away they can't hit you. You might also play to the khajiit's stats and throw in a stealth attack to open foes up. I play light armored warriors mostly (mainly because of how cool some of the later light armors look) and i just use shield potions to make up the difference in armor rating.
