Good or Evil

I usually play neutral or evil characters. Being good is too much work.

what are you people's favorite class type's mines necromancer, what are yours?

D: All of the above.

Yep, like'em all. More so when the game seriously allows for it and any goal can be accomplished by any means, not so much when anything other than "huge brute with axe" has to try to figure out how to fake "huge brute with axe" using other means, but...

Mostly good and neutral. Evil usually doesn't feel right for me (ran into that problem especially in FONV), but I'll probably do an evil playthrough eventually. Just good/neutral more/first. I'll start with neutral because it seems to fit the Dragonborn decently.

Answered both good and neutral. I help those in need, ignore those with greed.

This time around im going to make two main characters (usually only stick to one), one will be how I normally play (mostly good) and the other will be ruthlessly evil should be fun!

True or chaotic neutral. The concept of good and evil is weak at best, dangerous at worst.

There is no good or evil. There is only one's choices, and the consequences as a result. If being "good" means being a hero and uniting all of Skyrim, then sure.

Evil paths are extremely bad crafted/made in pretty much every single RPG. They are just good paths playing the badass/mean dude.

That said, I mostly play as a good character, for the sake of being a morally "good" person in real life. I like playing the way I feel. Though I love when developers takes their time to craft awesome grey paths and lines, I love replaying RPGs with a lot of shades of gray. For instance, New Vegas.

I play a good character, but lots of times he is a thief. So is theiving evil? I just can't play an evil character, I always try to play as I would. Thing is I would never steal in real life, but I do have a problem killing people for no reason whats so ever.

So generally a good character, who is not a saint.

I tried playing an evil character once, in the end it turns out he just wanted to be left alone to his research. His research did involve permanent mind control though, I suppose that's pretty evil.

I usually play characters that are morally good. I like to think that I myself am morally good, and the characters that I play usually end up just being me in Tamriel with superpowers.

Edit* TES isn't really a series that concerns itself with morality though.

This, in spades. I've yet to see a decent "evil option." At best it's "Be an overall good guy and still save everyone, but be a belligerent ill-tempered dike about it."

Oooh yeah, I'm eeeeeviiiiiil ...I demanded 500 septims for saving the empire instead of doing it free! Yeah, and spent over ten times that much doing it but demanding payment = evil, right?

I play as my own personal view of what good is, but really, it's much more shades of grey.

I usually prefer good, but I tend to dip into grey areas. I never play evil, since it usually ends up becoming the usual puppy-kicking brand of stupid evil.

I view evil as doing whatever you want without consideration for others.
The Dark brotherhood in Oblivion wasn't exactly evil, they were just a bunch of Emo Sociopaths. Most of the DB began as outcast from society.
And most of the people you killed in DB quests deserved it anyways.
Even the enclave isn't exactly evil.

yeah i love puppies and could never kick them, listening to everyones views on the matter i guess ive realized im not fully evil, i play the game and accept quests that help people, yet if i can i will profane the dead by using necromancy, i rob tombs, and yet, i dont go out of my way to murder someone, unless they are carrying a valuable item, i suppose im a mixture of the three, leaning more towards neutral, so changing vote to all three

EDIT: besides, kicking puppy evil is so stupid thats like chicken kicking on fable,

Kicking puppies is beyond evil. They are fuzzy, harmless, small, and display child-like behavior. Harming them is wrong on a entirely different level, below evil, it's reptilian.

At some point I Always go down every path. Good, Evil and Neutral. Good first, then I use one of the others to play my first Roleplaying character. After that its just whatever I feel like playing :D

Good. I like being the hero. That dosn't mean there can't be a darker side to my characters but overall, they are usually good. Ofcause i have also tried to play as evil characters but i simply don't like it. It dosn't give me the same satisfaction. For example i made an Argonian who joined the Dark Brotherhood and i could just never really immerse myself in the role. It's much more fun being the hero IMO.
