Scar my sneaky Khajit is looking for a follower to hire but I don't know any decent ones seeing as I have hardly used followers before. Any help will be appreciated!

For a sneak Cicero is good but very annoying or the dark brotherhood initiate is a lot less annoying.
These are only if you finish the dark brotherhood but if you haven't I would say no-one.

Jenassa is supposed to be really good for sneaky characters. You can find her in the Drunken Huntsman in Whiterun. =)

Hmmm I was thinking of Aela or Marcurio(?) I don't know why.
