I am going to get the PNY GeForce GTX 650 with 2gb of ram and 3.0 Ghz

I was just wondering if that is good to run skyrim on ultra

Future computer specs
AMD 6 core processor(don't know what kind)
Gtx 650 2gb 3.0Ghz
Don't know what kind of motherboard
8gb system ram
Windows 8 64 bit
High or Ultra?
