Good graphics mods : IV

What are good general graphics mods? Textures, models (as long as they are upgrades, not completely new), shaders, etc.. I have a GeForce 8800GT.

Oh yeah. Duh. I knew about that. For some reason I was thinking he was talking about web page with links to graphics mods. I use OBGE, have for quite some time.

Go here for almost all you need to know about Oblivion graphics mods. The site is a bit dated but not a lot has changed really.

AmpolX is probably too modest to refer you to his own texture replacement mods - which are excellent! Planet Elder scrolls is probably the best place.

Any performance difference between his and QTP3? His cave textures are excellent and I prefer some others over my current QTP3, however my fps is suffering as it is.

My impression is that most of his mods are easier to run and have lower effects on fps than Qarl 3. He has done to my knowledge one large landscape overhaul mod which requires a 512mb graphics card. All the others work fine on my lowly computer.

As i've said, that PES download is outdated. Unfortunately it is the only work, besides my cave replacements, released still. I'll return my new and latest work to full standing once I deem I have everything situated and in order. 2gbs is a lot of files to track and upload separately into small enough packages.
