Good looking headpiece for vamp royal armor?

Does anyone have any suggestions on headpieces that look good with the vampire royal armor that is light or no armor and is enchantable?

I've used the shrouded hood and an Adept hood. Being a male character I can't use the shrouded hood with a mask... Which annoys me.

I quite like using the Dawnguard full helmet with it.

But if you dont wanna use heavy armour, shrouded hood/thieves guild hood. Or one of the light dragon priest masks ^^

The shrouded hood, it's pretty much the only good looking hood for 'evil' looking characters.

If you want to retain the light armor headslot for perks, wear the thieves guild hood / linwe's hood / guild master's hood as a vampire, they will glitch on your head and you can wear another head piece.

This is what I do, my current character wears the shrouded hood, thieves guild hood and a circlet. Only the hood is visible, I only wear it because it looks good.

Light Armour option: Linwe's Hood adds a nice look with those pauldrons (+15 archery).
Clothing option: But a Jester's Hat (+30 sneak) would simply be epic. :woot:

As a vampire linwe's hood wouldn't work, it would just glitch and you'd see a bald head (even if your character has hair).

Have you tried the shrouded hood?

Not many hoods can be enchanted. Mage Hood is the only one I think.

There is one exception. Worn Shrouded Armor is an unenchanted version of the DBH set, found during the quest The Cure for Madness. You can also find it in the Dawnstar Sanctuary later on after completing the DBH quest and upgrading everything in the Master Bedroom, but that set glitches and disappears when picked up, for some reason.

I used to use that, but I decided that an unenchanted Mage hood is best for me, because that way, I can enchant it myself, and it looks really cool to be. But for some lower leveled players that have sufficient perks in light armor, the Worn Shrouded Cowl works really well, as it is light armor, and it is a hood.

I personally like wearing clothing (like arch mage's robes) with some tricked out boots and gauntlets. It works well, I just wish it was darker... For the vampires....

You can enchant the Worn Shrouded Cowl as well, though. I don't like the Mage's Hood because it clips through things.

I know you can enchant it, and I have, but I with only boots my armor rating is capped, so I decided to use the Mages hood. I like it, but it doesn't seem to clip for me. Or are referring to wearing it with thinner armory where the bottom clips through a little?

Oh, I can't wait for pc. I will get the mod for wearing circles with hoods again to wear a hood and the Aetherium crown.

I would do this, but I like being stealthy. Although if you are a Vampire LORD, then you really would hide it much. I love transforming in the middle of Castle Dour - right in front of Tullius. See, the Stormcloaks have a vampire lord on their side! Theyc ant lose! Lol
