Can anyone point me to somewhere in Fallout 3 that I can use to stash gear I dont want to throw away or discard but that I dont need to carry right now? Similar to e.g. various houses/Battlehorn Castle/Frostcrag Spire/etc/etc in Oblivion with containers and stuff that never move, re-spawn, get changed by quests etc? Somewhere I wont be running into random monsters every time I go there. Oh and somewhere I can easily fast-travel to (and with a bed I can sleep in if I need to recharge and am out of heath packs)

I have the GOTY edition with all the DLC if that matters.
