Im looking for:

A detailed small to medium sized player home
Doesnt have to be lore-friendly

Voice-acted quest mods
(Already have Bounties 1 and 2 and Deimos and Lone Gunman Tools of the Trade)

And are there any mods that expand the BoS or add Enclave activity?

Underground Hideout (has a small optional quest to get) is one of the most popular mods.

Underwater House (basically the same thing, just underwater)

Both have all the sorters, storage and whatnot you could ever want. I was having some issues with my reinstall and I posted a thread about housing mods and got some good suggestions. By the way, the UHNV is working for me now.

The Bison Steve one mentioned does have a nice quest with it and a house to have when all is said and done.
