- "I want to see mountains again, mountains, Gandalf. And then find somewhere quiet where I can finish my book"

<- This is me. Looking forward to exploring those beautiful mountains and lore of Skyrim. And 'Radiant Story' sounds interesting, I'm curious what the mod-experts will be able to do with that! Endless quests!!!

I like that Skyrim is, more or less, appearing to be like Morrowind II. They've removed quite a few things from Morrowind but they've also added a ton of new things as well, and well deserved things in my opinion. Overall, the game's "silhouette" looks more like a sequel to Morrowind than it does to Oblivion. This is a good thing! :goodjob:

I'm looking forward to Radiant Story, the great character design so far and the awesome visuals of the magic effects.

Two things, limited perks and radiant story, should really add to replay value. Do a mage character, then do a thief, should pan out really differently.

I love all the non combat additions. Insects, friendships and romance, jobs, different bounties in different holds, more varied wildlife, working economies ( however slight, anything in this direction is a good thing imo ), that quote from the hands on : " now I'm in a meeting", the weather ( FOG :celebration: ), more things to collect and harvest, business as usual during conversations. They seem to be giving us more of a world, not just a backdrop to quests and dungeon diving.

The character gen looks to be awesome, if those journalists rushed it , what can we achieve with a bit of time?

Loving the tactical choices in combat, do I risk sheathing my sword to get a spell off while using a shield? Enchanted dagger and spell, or just a bigger spell? May seem a small thing, but puts distance between this game and mindless hack and slash.

Seems like at least a few quests will give you a moral choice which affects the outcome. Might only be some side quests, but again, anything at all in that direction is welcome.

Blind alchemy - yes! Have to experiment now, wonderful.

Looking forward to? good things about skyriim? lets see here..

  • Gandalf style!
Being able to wield a staff and sword will be epic.

  • New argonian look!
They looked ok before, but now they look brilliant.

  • Greater customization!
Beards, cursed eyes, glass eyes, scars, body morphs, bigger bewbs, dreadlocks, horns, mutton chops.. LOTS OF STUFF!

  • Radiant story!
The choices and background of your character matter for once.

  • Living economy!
Watch as people do work and make everything seem ever more immersive.

  • Exploration!
Mountains, dwemer ruins, handcrafted dungeons, forests, all beautiful and worth seeing!

  • Mudcrabs!
They're in! they're in! I want one as a traveling companion / merchant / romance option, pretty please?

  • Dragons!
Awesome unscripted fights. They'll bow before their lizardy cousin, FUS DO RAH!

  • Fancy UI!
Ooo.. 3D item pop ups.. flip through books.. constellation menu.. shiny stuff.. my precious..

  • M'aiq the liar!
I'll get to meet that old rascal again, no doubt!
"Some people wish to hold two shields at once. That seems foolish to M'aiq. If you want to be a confused turtle, you need only some skooma and a metamorphosis spell."

  • Romances and marriages!
Finally, I can find someone to clean up my house and do their lawful sammich making duties in the kitchen.

  • The Volkihar!
When I first read about them I was immediately wanting to go up and get myself bitten. Frozen breath and being able to go through ice? damn, that's totally epic.

  • Stormcloak Rebels!
Down with that "stop criminal scum!" empire! it'll be nice to finally be able to get my revenge on all those guards who chased me from bruma to leyawiin because I picked up an apple.

:tes:

OH YEAH! and i was thinking they should go back to the past for the elder scrolls 6. like the ayleids... because they just have SOOO much backstory

Ayelieds are stuck up [censored]s! I would like to see the argonians in blackmarsh as they were becoming... argonians hehe
