Also, I've got modular oblivion enhanced (specifically the lichcraft part). I wonder if it conflicts with Fcom , shivering Isles, and I should get rid of it. I've already deactivated the lycantropy part

I don't know how well they will work with BIE but I use LTD's Vampire Overhaul & Training Cattle. You can find both of those at TESNexus.
