Out of these brands, which would you recommend?

Being a Teen rated forum, I kinda think this might get locked.

Having said that, I personally don't really care for vodka. Doesn't matter what it is, as I'll be mixing it anyways. It's the only hard stuff I can't stand to drink straight.

I don't usually drink vodka, but when I do it's cheap stuff from the local ABC.

All the brands you named don't even show up in a top-ten vodka search. lol

I'm not a fan, personally, I'm mainly replying to make the embarrassing revelation that I actually developed a taste for potcheen. Vodka may not really taste like paint-stripper... but potcheen does. :bonk:

I don't really drink that much, but I have had vodka. The only one I can recommend is Absolute and I only chose it because the http://thestarlette.net/wp-content/uploads/2008/06/picture-8.png But I would guess go for Russian vodka or Ukrainian, which I hear is the best.

Quite. Not sure where you'd get it: I picked some up from the duty free shop in an Irish airport... about 15 years ago, it's taken me that long to drink it!

Can't beat Stolichnaya straight from the freezer.

The poitín they sell for export is not the real uisce beatha, but a foul mockery.

Not tried either of those brands the OP mentioned. I usually go for Absolut, Koskenkorva, Stolichnaya, Finlandia, or Russian Standard.

Not a big vodka drinker but usually have a bottle of Ketel One in the freezer. Much prefer dark rum although im cheap on that because I drink it to fast lol. So Kraken or Sailor Jerry is what ikl drink. Great with some coke and Cuba Lima flavored Monster. Also a big fan of Crown Royal VO Gold and Jesse James Bourbon.

Alberta Pure is cheap stuff. I don't recognize the other two, but they're probably better.
( but nothing wrong with cheap alcohol now and then, if that's your price range)

I go with Grey Goose if I can afford it, or Smirnoff because it's often on sale.

My favourite is Absolute.

I am into my vodka and I drink all the top vodkas like Grey Goose and Belvedere (which are also exceptionally nice but expensive) but for the price I think Absolute is as nice.

One of the worst brand vodka is Smirnoff. It is supposed to be a Russian vodka but I've never met a Russian who ever heard of it back home or likes it.

I find that a good vodka give you little to no hang over the next say. Smirnoff give me a hang over. Absolute, Grey Goose etc I find doesn't even when I've been on days long jolly boys outings overseas when everything is vodka vodka vodka...

Chase Vodka from Britain is supposed to be good. But I don't drink vodka straight, so it doesn't matter that much to me. I drink Gorbatschow Vodka from Germany, which is neutral in taste and cheap. On the wagon now though.

I don't like vodka at all, mixed in a drink or straight up and I thought Svedka was better then Grey Goose, Vincent, etc. It was smooth and didn't overpower my White Russians that I used to enjoy.

IMO mixed drinks are awful, always made my liquor taste weird. It's better to just hit it back straight and soon the taste won't matter.
