Every time I go to sell my things, I run out to Diamond City to do some trading. Both vendors in Diamond City only talk to me when I press 'E'. No option for barter or small talk. I ran to Goodneighbor and gave me the same problem. For some reason, the only vendor that works for me now is the trade post I made in Sanctuary. Any help would be great! Thank you!

Are you talking to them between like 8 am and 6 pm?

Yes. It gives me voice dialog but does not give me any options to talk or barter. Even when I go to the 24 hour shop in Diamond City
