I am unable to complete the "Talk to Bobbi" misc quest and also unable to upgrade my Silver Shroud costume. I finished the Silver Shroud quest first (out of all the quests in Goodneighbor), as I had the costume in my inventory because I picked it up randomly exploring. After I finished it, Kent refuses to upgrade the costume (he just keeps repeating the same dialogue line), despite constantly broadcasting that he has something for me on the radio. I'm pretty sure I'm the right level for the second upgrade. Bobbi won't open the slot on the door she's standing behind to talk to me no matter what I do. I've tried waiting, doing other quests and coming back, etc.

i just want Hancock as a companion but now I can't because I can't talk to Bobbi.

Have you tried dropping the suit out of your inventory then talking to Kent?

Yeah I have. Still doesn't work unfortunately. I'll try it again though, why not

Still nothing has worked and I'm still unable to talk to Bobbi. Also keep having a glitch where I get stuck on my power armor when trying to get into it and I can't cancel anything and I have to reload my last save to get out of it.

My power armor glitched like that once also. I had to load a previous save and that seemed to work. I've been transferring my save files to a flash drive as well as auto-uploading them to the PSN just in case something bad happens I'll have a couple of places to pull from.
