My gosh, this game rocks

Post » Mon Mar 07, 2016 6:17 pm

I was playing last night. I entered some school somewhere, and started reading computer terminals. I did not place this in spoilers because it does not involved gameplay or plots.

I read the school principal's emails which said that his school recieved a huge bonus to increase the wages of his staff. Then I read an email from him to the staff saying that there was no bonus and wages would stay the same.

It's the little things like this that make me love this game.

If you read them all in that school, another story will appear involving a student, and how/why the school got raised fundings. What happened in the end, you will also find, if you search it throughout :)

Wait until you get onto the Prydwyn for the "Shadow of Steel" quest. There are so many funny things to find there on the ship -- e.g. Proctor Quinlan's message to be deleted (he's a comic collector and loves Grognak!), Cade (whose questionnaire asks you if you've ever had sixual relations with non-humans...and comments that you'd be surprised how many people answer 'yes' to that question...ha!), and some random guy in the mess hall makes a comment about how eating a mole-rat was a bad idea and hurries off to the bathroom.

Yeah, it's the little comments and things built into the game by the programmers that keep me coming back, too. :)

Love the language used, fantasyjunkie. Not often you hear a "My gosh" anymore.

Cripes. I've not seen this one.

My favourite so far is the coffee slurping notes.

Ah, that place. I recall enjoying reading up on its fun backstory. There are a lot of locations like that in Fallout 4, so I suppose Bethesda is still good at what they do best in that area.

Aye indeed. Altho, I find the articles at Bugles to be a tad to long, but interesting nonetheless :)
